Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

Hey Kassem,

Love the show, but I just wanted to let you know from someone who has a good amount of experience in the realm of these types of diets. Your going be have trouble in around 2-3 weeks and you may not feel well either, and it's because it's important for your body to have a good source of complex carbohydrates. The best raw diets are ones that are about 80% raw and 20% cooked whole grains such and brown rice and whole grain organic breads. Although it is good to do 100% raw for 2-3 weeks to clean out your body of toxins that have accumulated throughout your life.

Sincerely,

Blake
