Weight: 165.5 (from 170)
Days without coffee and alcohol: 7
Symptoms: A slight case of awesome. Third nipple.
Day 6 was a breeze. I probably had the least amount of food all week but still had a ton of energy. I even filmed a California On segment in Venice. Normally, I’m beat after walking around for a few hours. But not today. Yippy skippy.
BREAKFAST:
I had an apple and a banana. No juice today as I didn’t have enough time.
LUNCH:
Bag of trail mix and some snow peas.
DINNER:
By dinner I was pretty hungry and luckily Nicki had prepared a salad for me. She also whipped up some guacamole that I spread on some flax seed crackers. The salad was a cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, quinoa, mix. We used a olive oil/apple cider vinegar/mint leaf/onion dressing. One of my parents’ recipes and one I was eating well before this raw food business took over my life.

Dinner is served em effers.
For dessert I had a pomegranate. Yeah that’s right, I ate a whole pomegranate. And you know what? It was flippin’ delicious. I de-seeded that sonofabish in less that 6 minutes. I had Nicki time me. What’s up now?

I used to call these "teeth" when I was a kid. How cute am I?
That about wraps up Day 6. I got a long day of editing a new video for you people tomorrow. Keep your ears to the streets Monday morning for it to pop up on my channel. See you tomorrow bro-haims.

i love you kassem g. I would so totaly date you
Were the flax seed crackers no-bake? Just checking. Raw is raw. Not cold.
De-seed a pomegranate under water. First score the rind and cut in half. Then take a deep bowl with water and peel it apart. The seeds will drop and the rest will float. No muss, no fuss, no red juice splattering all over. Be sure to check out all the recipes on the internet. Just search “recipe for raw ……” You will be amazed at what pops up. Pick a weird veggie that couldn’t possibly work raw. Ta-daaa. Fennel, pumpkin cookies, winter squash. My favorite is raw kale. Primary with avocado, but the Mediterranean one is delicious also.
I’m sorry I don’t know who you are, Kassem g. Being a retired senior, I’m out of your circle and exploring your website looks too scary. But I do wish you blessings of peace and health and good luck on your raw food journey.
Oh, to Wes: Yes, there are raw breads and crackers, but you need a dehydrator. Be careful of hard flax crackers. My chipped tooth cost me $500. (expensive crackers)
I’m reading this book/cookbook thats called “eat smart, eat raw” and I just wanted to inform you that it says that you should absolutely avoid peanuts and peanut products at all costs because your body gets almost nothing from them
dangit i totally meant to put that on day 7 oh well
