		<description>Hey Kassem. So i started a new diet today too. Mine is alot different tho. i still feel your pain. I would love to cook up a steak and eat it right now. Your doing good. 

As for thanksgiving, im Canadian, so ours has passed already, but go ahead, eat. Just eat in smaller portions and alot of greens. Even bring yourself a bag of nuts. Eat those 20 mins before you eat anything else so you can feel more full before you eat turkey and fix in&#039;s</description>
